Annika is also accountable for the OFP data outcomes, which involves coordinating data between clinicians, students, clinical site partners and various internal and external Rush departments. In this role, she has guided many students in the planning and implementation of MSN capstone and DNP scholarly projects.Īs project manager of the Office of Faculty Practice (OFP), Annika Gorenz, MS, MS, is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative functions, which includes invoicing, personnel schedules and credentialing. Rousseau has taught at the Rush University College of Nursing since 2001 across both the pre-licensure and Doctor of Nursing Practice programs. Her interest in this area continues as she works to improve follow-up with outpatient mental health care for women identified as being at risk for depression. Her Doctor of Nursing Practice work led to universal screening at Rush University Medical Center for depression in the immediate postpartum period. She has served as a perinatal clinical nurse specialist, perinatal nurse practitioner on the Labor and Delivery Unit at Rush University Medical Center, and as a certified women’s health nurse practitioner with a focus on breast and cervical cancer screening. Rousseau has been a women’s health nurse for more than 30 years. He possesses nearly a decade’s worth of experience working in academic medical centers and during that time has evolved his career from managing departmental budgets to creating complex cross-organizational pro formas and managing a series of business lines. Mask holds a master’s degree in business management and a bachelor’s in business administration. His principal role is to oversee the business and administrative functions of the enterprise’s 30 nurse-run clinics and community partnerships, ensuring financial sustainability, business development, and day-to-day operational efficiency. Mask is the business director for the Rush University College of Nursing’s Office of Faculty Practice. Moss’ primary teaching responsibilities are in the Doctor of Nursing Practice programs, with a focus on health assessment clinical skills and student advisement. Moss is also interested in strategic development of new nurse-managed models of care delivery for underserved populations. Her research interests include return on investment, cost analysis and patient satisfaction at nurse-managed health centers, and the impact of aging on perceptions of health and health care utilization. She is a board-certified, practicing adult nurse practitioner. She also coordinates clinical outcome analysis and student activities across all faculty practice venues, and supports scholarly activities of all faculty practice personnel. As assistant dean of Faculty Practice, Angela Moss, PhD, MSN, APN-BC, RN, is responsible for the leadership, development and maintenance of diverse faculty practice partnerships and for fiscal accountability for the operations of all faculty practice venues.
